Build a mobile app for subscriptions

I have before posted a post and the requirements have changed a bit.
I am seeking a developer who can program a subscription app that can work with multiple bars and resturants.

I only respond to freelancers that have seen the video and Figma and i see your bid as final within a 10/20% range of your bid. If you bid 100 dollars and then say 1000 dollars - you will be reported.
Techstack:
I would like that app to be cross platform - therefore i think Flutter or React Native would be good choises.
The budget is around 300 EURO
