Build an mobile app for Woocommerce subscriptions

I am looking for someone who can create a app which integrates with Woocommerce subscriptions.

There should be two parts of this app.


Part 1:

This is the user who purchase the subscription. They have a QR-code which is their ID form WordPress.
It should also be stated which subscription have.

Part 2:

This is the admin side - The admin can scan the QR-code and the retrieve the client information.


I would like it to be cross platform so in Flutter or React Native
