Build me a mobile app

Hi everyone,
I'm a visual designer and I have a basic to-do list mobile app project that I want to publish on App Store and Play Store. If both sides are happy with this first project, I'll have more mobile app and web app projects to build.
The first project, To-Do List, is around 7-8 pages and the attached file is the Home page just to let you know how it looks. React Native or Flutter, it depends on the developer. I would love to hear the developer's opinion from a professional perspective. I will also need help with the publishing part on App Store and Play Store.
