Build a mobile App

The app we want to build contains the following:

Maintenance Services: (detailed drop list with prices will be shared at later stage)

1- Air Conditioning Services, a drop list shall contain all related services with prices for each.
2- Plumber Services, a drop list shall contain all related services with prices for each.
3- House Cleaning Services, a drop list shall contain all related services with prices for each.
4- Gardening Services, a drop list shall contain all related services with prices for each.
5- Electrical Services, a drop list shall contain all related services with prices for each.
6- Home Reallocation Services, a drop list shall contain all related services with prices for each.

App look & Feel / Capabilities:
The app shall be user-friendly, simple and covering all needed aspects as below:

1- User registration.
2- Google maps locations.
3- SMS notification.
4- Online Payment modules: Mada cards, CC, Apple-pay, Sadad, stc pay.
5- Appointment & Re-appointment Scheduling.
6- E-invoicing.
7- Consumer Feedback & Rating.
How it Works?

Customer creates a profile & add his preferred payment option and phone number! After verification, customer pins his house location and all these data are saved in his profile!

Customer browse the options and selects the designated service, schedules an appointment based on availability dates & times, then proceeds to payment options! Once all is done, the technical provider will receive a notification and can view all his confirmed appointments for a whole month!

Conclusion:

We need an app with 3 interfaces:
1- Consumer
2- Service Provider
3- Management / Admin (for reporting, sales performance by provider, customer feedback reviews, payments, revenues, etc…)

We need a proposal of the (total cost & time-frame) of developing such app, along with all UX/UI designs, interfaces and tools in order to submit it to the board and get approvals.
