Build me a messaging app

We are looking for people who can help us build a secure messaging app which has Chat, Voice message, Calls, video calls, maps, send files and Stories which allows you to add music. Language required JavaScript, React Native, React and MySQL at least 5 years experience. Looking for long term relationship further instruction will be told after the version 1 is done project starting End of April
