Build a map app similar to "Map plus"

I need an app similar to map plus but with less features.

This will use apple maps only and must work with 3d.

The app will need to have
- custom annotations with being able to add custom icons
- be able to import other map data
- overlaying 2 maps
- adding lines and shapes
- saving specific data into different folders
- gps tracking

Must have exp with maps.
