Build an iOS and Android English Learning Game App

I would ideally like an English game that has already been made that can be re-branded for my company. This should start from the beginner level going to intermediate, and needs to focus on user engagement over a long period of time (points system, rewards based, addictive.).
It needs to be released slowly where the student can only work on one module per day. I would like to have 90 modules or more. In between games will be youtube links (or other video links). Anything to make them spend more time on the app should be used.
