Build a flutter IoT app along with admin panel using MQTT

Hello there, I'm looking for a developer who can work on my existing project. My IoT application is built on Flutter with firebase integration. I want a developer who can-
1. Shift the architecture to MQTT and integrate with the application or build the application from scratch.
2. The application should be able to remotely control the devices, fetch and show the real-time data and monitor the devices in real-time.
3. Implement IAM and device management features.
4. Build Admin Panel to be able to control user management, device management, device onboarding.
5. Make the architecture scalable and implement new features in future like API support etc.
6. Use AWS IoT , Google cloud IoT or setup own platform with all required features.
