We are going to develop an ERP system for business involved into A/C repair and maintenance. The purpose of the concept is to automate the process of raising a complaint by a customer, allocating resource, fixing the issue, auditing the work, getting the payment done from customer, managing stock and checking upon the data by simple clicks. The concept will have good UI/UX and development will be done on custom platform.
We will be developing Android and iOS app for Customers, Android App for Technicians, web based portal for employees of the company and admin panel. Different types of employees will have different login panels. Such as Customer Support executive will have different powers upon login, Team Leader/Supervisor will have different Login, Finance and Admin will have different login and powers.
This would be the flow:
1. Customers will be able to login with application using their user id and password. Password can be reset be getting OTP on mobile number.
2. Customer can view past Jobs, Number of A/C they have, contract period, renewal date etc. They would also be able to raise a complaint for any particular A/C or for more of them.
3. Complaints raised by customer will come to customer support team who will allocate the job to Technician. Team will be able to check how many jobs technician is having so they can balance the load.
4. Once the Technician is allocated, customer will get either notification or message or both and would be able to track the same.
5. Technician upon arrival will fix the job, put the same in job sheet through the app and upload it over the portal. They would be able to mark if job was free or paid, if any spare part was used or not. This will go to their supervisor for approval.
6. Supervisors will be able to check free and paid jobs and would be able to verify them with customers and approve them.
7. Paid work sheet would go in finance department and they would be able to follow up with customer for payment.
8. Payment gateway will be integrated in the app with customer to facilitate easy payments.
9. Admin will be able to view different reports such as how many jobs were received, how many are in pending, how many contracts are expiring, number of technicians working, revenue received, inventory with Van and in warehouse, pre-order request of stock. Admin will be able to assign different rights to different users. Admin will be able to create users as well.
10. Web based portal will be developed using Node.js and Python; applications will be developed Native.
