Build a dating app

Hello,
I would like to have a dating app where I will be able for futur to adapt the filter as I want etc...

I would also like have a system of payment on it.

And a system of verification for the registration "KYC". In order to proof that the person who will be register on the dating application is real with for exemple a proof of a pictures etc...
