Build me a cross platform mobile app

We need to build apps for customer and Agent. This app is related to services provided to customer. This will have request placed by customer, order pickup by agent, order tracking, website to do same, cross platform app, reporting we need for same. It should include app UI. We will use existing cloud service to store our database.
