The main features that has to be implemented into the end user framework
The user should be able to view the listed venues and available in a particular area or which are available near to them. They should be able to filter the search results according to the types of venues, the amount of money, and so on. The showed result should be able to sort according to the review stars, distance and money
An explanation about the venue must be show along with the available vendors who gives the offer the venues along side the cost,
The user should be able to select the vendor, sees the reviews and stars
The user should be able to book the vendor for the experience by choosing the date and time available from the vendor if they don't have a account an user should be able to setup an account,
The user should be able to make the payments and a payment confirmation should be sent to the mail and must be available in the app to along with a QR code that will be used to verify the user by the vendor
A usual alert must be set before a day and like morning of the day of the event.
Also the user should be able to set their own alert for the booked listing
The user should be able to only review the listing they have attended.
The user should be able to cancel the date and time of their booked experience but under certain conditions such as if the booking is less than 1 day – half price penalty, if it is 1 day ago 25% deductions and if it is within 1 week 10% and before 1 week free
The user should be able to change the booked experience free of charge if it has more than 1 day from the experience date.
If the user does not attend the booking, a refund of 50% will be given

User should be able to edit and delete their account, card details and so on
The framework for the client-side
The client should be able to set the available date and times of their business and available slots and if the listing is active or not
The client should be able to accept or decline the booking request from the user
The client should be able to accept the booking time change request from the user
