Build a communication mobile app in React Native / MongoDB

I would like a cross-platform walkie-talkie app that is similar to Voxer (https://www.voxer.com/) but structurally it will be a bit different. I have much more specific details but from a high level it will need to do the following:

- Tiered chat groups between teams
- Login/Logout/Pass recovery
- Account and profile creation
- Two access tiers - Managers and employees
- The chat groups will need to support audio, photos, and text
- A page to create incidence logs that are tied to the location they are clocked into
- A page to view the log files
- A page to view reports that show overall trends
- Push alerts
- The backend databases for the above content

Must have:
- Proficient in English
- Great cooperating skills
- Strong experience in designing web apps and mobile app design.
- Know the frameworks, design, tech rules, as well as good practices.
