Build me a basic on-demand alcohol delivery

I need a basic alcohol delivery app that enables me to offer an ecommerce platform through the app. Using this app, the users can browse through the various varieties of liquor, including whiskey, vodka, beer, gin, wine, and much more.

Once the customer has chosen the desired variety and brand of liquor, he can easily schedule the delivery time of his order. The delivery can either be handled from our end or he could hire a 3rd party delivery service to execute all deliveries.

we also need a cart and payment avenues incorporated into the app.
