Build me an application that is similar to battle camp

I want to make an MMO online pvp game where u can train your own monster and have troop wars and raiding events together. I want to also have a platform where u can trade different pet monsters. When there is an event, i want it to have different rewards based on what tier you achieved and also there will be a spin based gacha where if u are lucky u get to have a rarer and stronger character.
