Build me an application on react compatible for iOS and Android

I am looking to develop an application on React that operates in a similar way to TikTok. The application needs to allow basic social network capabilities; Follow/Unfollow, Like, Comment, Share. It also needs to allow creators to upload content, primarily through video, to a feed. Finer details to be disclosed to relevant applicants.
