Build me an AR application

Hello, I have been a game designer for 2d side scroller for 9 years. I want to make 3d game with mobile AR. There will be levels and tasks and the player will be playing the game using actual things (such as sticks). The game is not a package game and even after the innitial launch, there will be monthly updates in the future. I want to work with someone who has experience on making 3d AR games.
