Build an app/members area

Hi,
I need a low code/no code members area that has the following -
CRM that starts with registration form that automatically saves details in a database and submitted files in folders. This also allows them to create their own account which has to be verified before access is given (approval process/workflow). Once approved, all membership onboarding documents would be sent with e signature software. The approver should also be able to add certain attributes to the members so that notifications are category specific.
I would like members to be able to enter dates and times they want to use the service to ensure we are sending appropriate events out conditionally to those who are available.
Automatic notification of event, as soon as I enter event details I would like those who have said they are available to be notified to be notified, for them to mark their interest. Email to be sent to acknowledge this. This again would go to the approver to confirm if it’s a suitable fit.
The events will be in categories want to have a system so we can send out jobs that are linked to categorical attributes added at the time of sign up.
Lastly I would like our members to be able to send direct messages to me/for each event, with the ability to upload pictures.
We currently have webflow to create our website.
