Build an app on iOS/Android in React Native and NodeJS

realspot is a web application for the management of real estate.
A new app is added to the suite: the "realspot Contract Watchdog Service". This is an app on smartphone where an owner can keep a list of rent contracts. The app will notify the owner when the rent can be raised according legal regulations.
The app needs to save and retrieve data from an existing database in MySQL.
The target date for launch is Dec 31, 2021.
A full description and the mockups are added as attachments. The final design is in development and will be ready by the start of the development.
