This project aims at building a light weight, easy-to-use & robust mobile app that will allow customers to connect with providers through voice/video calling.
Customers & Providers need to setup account with valid identification details. Customers need to recharge their account (in INR) and Providers need to provide bank details to get compensated for service provided.
The customers will be charged based on connect time with a provider. All call time records will be maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
The customers can enjoy offline content and will be requested for service feedback.
