Build me an app - Food inventory

I'm Chris, based in Canada. Looking for someone to work with on the development of an app. I have experience in ideas and user experience.
OVERVIEW: Build an app that can interact with the contents of your kitchen. You enter your inventory, it suggests recipes. The aim is to cut down food wastage. Make tasty meals. App must look slick and sexy. UX must be easy, designed for swipe and touch.
V 1.0 - User logs in, Manage inventory, get recipes based off Inventory.
V 1.1 - Add Best before dates, set nutrition goals
V 1.2 - Order from supermarkets, Automate kitchen
