Build me an app ASAP!

This app is going to be revolutionary if I can just find someone who is willing to communicate and is very flexible. I need an app that is beautiful, seamless, can chat (and send pictures as well as video with the administration to the users), orders to be fulfilled (that include credit card purchases), and I also need this app to be professional with many resources on it. It doesn't have to be too complicated, it just needs to do all of the above as well as make it easy for customers to purchase services to be completed. This app will not only be revolutionary, but it will make the world SOOO much of a better place. Thank you!
