Need a simple app that will be used to count. Example, I do onsite walk thru surveys of office buildings where I count how many paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispenser are in facility. I currently use a sheet of paper and make a hash mark as I walk past each device. I need an app that is mobile/tablet friendly that allows me to just click on the 4 options and it keeps tally for me.
