Build me an app

Interested in building an app which replicates the experience of petting a cat. The user would "pet" the head of a digital avatar of a cat and the phone would vibrate with a purring sound. Users would describe physical traits and the program would create the kitten which would age slowly as in real life. Points would be added to how content the cat would be when purring throughout the day (up to a limit). The system would need to enable advertising as if the cat is thinking of the brand.
