Build me an app

I’d like to create an app with a search engine that allows you to select a location, age range, team preference and availability to connect people who are looking for other people to watch football games with at the pub. I often find myself wanting to watch games with other Liverpool fans but don’t have many Liverpool mates to watch them with, so I’d like to create an app that connects people in the same position as me.
