Build 3D Scanning Library

We are looking for a developer to create a 3D scanning library that works on both Android and iOS.
An entire app is not necessary, we will create the app. You will only be in charge of the 3D scanning library.
There will be a an object of known size in what is used to scan the object.
This library will need to be used in a react-native application.
