Build me a Multi Vendor Ecommerce Shopping Store & Mobile App

Hello I am looking for Expert Ecommerce Developer For My Online Store . I am planning to create a multi vendor online store like Flipkart or Amazon where other people can sell their products and customer can buy .
The store should be on commission model or subscriptions based .
Platform and Technology I Prefer Magento/Woocommerce/Shopify or Custom Ecommerce store also fine .
