Build me an IOT Platform for ESP32 based Technology.

I need dedicated mobile apps for IOI and Android with features similar to other IOT platforms such as Blynk and EWELINK. It is important that the devices can be provisioned, grouped, schedule support and that real time data can be monitored and extracted. I also need a web platform where I can manage the devices efficiently and group them into organizations. The servers shall be able to scale and be hosted in the cloud or locally.
