Build me a Health and Fitness App (Shell/Dumb Application Only)

Looking for a Xamarin Forms (or .Net Maui) developer to create an iOS and Android application. Please note this is a shell application request, it does not need to reach out to an API as I can perform this part. It should/could be written against stubbed functions which return a static model. Around 10 views are required. The app is to be similar to MyFitnessPal (but obviously better ha!). I have already written the REST API and I originally started writing the Xamarin Forms app but Xamarin is not my speciality. I can supply my existing code which has some of the screens done, logos, colour scheme and some designs completed in Sketch.

The views required are:-

Registration View,
Login View,
Forgot Password View,
Search for Food/Recipe (with an 'Advanced' Search panel to narrow down results)
View Food/Recipe,
Food Diary,
Messages,
Open Chat,
Quick Add View,
My Profile,
Settings

All these are basically to be 'dumb' views with fake data between them as I can hook up the API myself (I just got fed up having to write custom controls all the time as Xamarin seems half-finished to me but need that .Net backend ha!). View transitions should be 'mocked' to fake the app reaching out to an API (so loading spinners and handling failures are required).
