Build A Garden Planner App

I would like an application made that you can design a garden by placing objects planting beds, sheds, paths, and plants. Where it will work out the spacing of full grown plants when placed. Also needs to supply basic information on each plant such as sowing dates, planting out times, time to mature, growing conditions, and harvest times. So a database will be required back end in order to create popup information on each plant species if requested.
