Build me a Fantasy Premier League stats and predictor app

Hi there,

I am looking for an experienced programmer who can help me build an app with integrated AI software that uses information about Premier League footballers (points scored last season, difficulty rating of next 5 fixtures, results of last 5 fixtures, league position, player goals/assists/clean sheets, player points scored so far) to give app users a prediction-based list of the best substitutions to make to their teams. All of this can be lifted from the FPL website and imported as necessary.

Due to the nature of Fantasy Premier League, substitutions may need to be made in different gameweeks to maximise points. I would like the AI to be able to give an outline to the app user of which substitutions to make and in which gameweek based on the algorithm.

I aim to make the app look minimalist, easy to navigate and match the aesthetic of the official FPL app. I hope to make this a subscription-based service so if it is possible to add logins and connect to databases, and add the ability to pay through various methods including card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
