Build an EMOJI App

I want to build an app which has the prime function of selling a new series of emoji's. They will also be available to buy as jiffs. As well as these digital download sales, other products such as T-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs etc will also be able to be bought from within the App.

I am only interested in talking and dealing with freelancers that are EXPERIENCED and KNOWLEDGEABLE with EMOJI Apps and how to monetize them in the App. Please dont apply unless you are experienced and good.
