Build a Cricket app with admin panel

I hope you guys are doing well. I want to develop a mobile application for cricket. I have the app design ready as well as admin panel.

You are allow to use Swift/Kotlin or Flutter for this application. Some API's are already available for use & Some might need to make. I need an admin panel as well to manage the app feature & set live URL as well.
This is the very first part of the application we will do that more in future.
I know the timeline is bit short that's why I need a big team who can work really fast.
1. App must need to integrate One Signal Push Notification
2. App must have Google Ads, FB Ads & Unity Ads
3. If I want to disable any feature or hide from the app I want to do that via Admin Panel
4. All ads are need to Control via Admin Panel
5. I need to put the Live Stream Link via admin panel & that link must be secured.
Note: App codebase is only our property, this codebase is need to share after publishing the application. App codebase need to be clean & follow best practice.
