Build my Cricket app in 7 days

I hope you guys are doing well. I want to develop an iOS application for cricket. I want to build this application in 7days. The app must need to publish on Apple Store within this 7days.

You are allow to use Swift or Flutter for this application. Some API's are already available for use & Some might need to make. I need an admin panel as well to manage the app feature & set live URL as well.
This is the very first part of the application we will do that more in future.
I know the timeline is bit short that's why I need a big team who can work really fast.
