Build me an E-Commerce Live-Streaming App

We are looking for an experienced developer or agency who has a background in developing live-streaming and e-commerce iOS and Android apps. Implementing both aspects into this project is crucial, as the main goal of our app is to allow people to sell and buy through live streaming. Other similar, existing apps are TaoBao Live and PopShop Live. Please consider that the payment and shipping coordinate as the backend needs to be implemented as well.
