Build an App for Online nutrition

I am looking for someone who can create an app for an online nutrition service.
My main idea is to be able to manage my clients from this app:
- private chat with each client.
- Weekly follow-ups where they fill in the data and there is a section where their process is shown based on the data they have filled in.
- Publication of your nutrition plan.
- Extra resources.
