Build Me An App

I want an app that gave notifications to the users when the date of their maintenance or service is due. But in term for ship instead of car/motorcycle. Ships don’t have odometer, so they relied on ‘Working Hour’. So I want certain notifications pop out when certain ‘working hours’ is achieved. The Working Hour is manually input by the user.
