Build an App

Im in charge of migrating and uploading of training videos according to the needs of the company. I would like to have an app that i can post/upload videos to. If possible is there a way for users to receive a login or signup so we can ensure that it stays within the company. We also specialize in using pdf forms. If there was a way to have an option to choose trainings or to choose documentations. We would like the ability to utilize our pdf forms to be filliable within the app and sent to appropriate persons. The videos can range from 5min-20mins long and in the neighborhood of 30-50 videos. we would like this to be all mobile device friendly.
