Build an Android/iOS E-Commerce App with ability to design own products

We want to get an Android/iOS app, which supports following -
1. All E-Commerce Stuff - Products, Orders, Payments, Login, etc.
2. Allow customers to create customized T-shirt and order. For eg they can set dimensions of sleeves, width, height, etc., select any color, add any text or design. And in the in real time they can see how the t-shirt will look.
Website is not needed. Only Android and iOS App.
