Build Me a APP

Hello,

I want to make a Anime and Manga Reading app
for Anime, you can refer app -https://github.com/saikou-app/saikou
and for Manga, you can refer - to https://github.com/tachiyomiorg/tachiyomi

I want a pre-ad-like feature like Youtube in the video player + chrome cast support in it.

also, i would like to add a global chat feature to app
and trending section which is a direct receive post from my website post.

also, there is a custom ad section for sponsors

my total budget is 2500 rs.

you are free to do some changes in UI coz its just for a rough idea and add more servers if possible

so in short, I want to combine those 2 apps and add features like global chat, pre ad before video, blog section, and chrome cast feature.
