Body measurements from images.

I am developing an app that takes several images of a person . With those images I want to be able to take the persons measurements such as the arm length, neck radius, body height etc. The only information you will have is the full height of the person in the image, different angles of the person in the image at the same distance and an image of the background with out the person in it.
