Blockchain Loyalty Program

We have need to develop a Blockchain Loyalty Program utilizing a peer to peer marketplace based upon our reward crypto tokens.
We also need to develop an IOS & Android app for our (Binance) loyalty rewards tokens. The app needs to establish user friendly Trust wallets for both customers and retailers. At point of sale, customer will swipe his app on terminal and simultaneously receive the appropriate value of rewards tokens to the customer's wallet.
Both customer and retailer will be able to later purchase with their rewards tokens at another retailer using their app (assuming they have the correct balance), or they can purchase other crypto tokens with their rewards tokens.
