Basic mobile app for Android and iOS -- 2

Hi,
I am looking for a freelancer to design a basic mobile app which displays Sales, Purchase, Collection, Production and other related information. It should have the below features
1. Login screen
2. Main page showing buttons for selecting a module like Sales, Purchase, Production, Collection
3. Clicking on any of the button in point 2 opens another screen that shows high levels details in a tabular format. Clicking on the row will further show details (drill down data)
4. All data will be provided through a Web API call
Please share the technology which will be used in development of the mobile app. I would also need a walkthrough of the complete code for better understanding. All development should be using proper data structures.
