Basic food planner desktop application for school presentation

We want a simple application that can do the following in order:
-Click on one recipe from a list of recipes
-This leads to the recipe and the individual grocery list (we will give you all the data)
-The grocery list contains prices of each ingredient and links to where you can get them
-Lastly provide links to charity to donate a meal

-Ideally one week from the bid being offered
