Barber booking app for IOS & Android

Hello,
We would like to build an app for barber shops booking. The app should connect service providers ( barbers ) with customers.
Overview:
Each user will have a profile
Service providers will have a different interface than customers.
To build the app using flutter or xamarin.
We prefer to use firebase.
Google maps should be integrated so, the address of the barber shop can be provided in the app.
Users should signup using their email/password.

There are many similar apps the store, we are not trying to build something unique. I have attached screenshots of an app that I have been using to book my appointments. We would like to build a similar app, with few changes here and there.
