Balistic measurements device

Hi, I'm looking for a software developer for a project. The project is composed of an embedded system that needs to acquire data and an application to visualize it. The purpose of the project is to create a system to make measurements about guns, it needs to sample data from a pressure sensor as well as deriving the speed of the projectile from two sensors. The device needs to take some parameters from the mobile app, then wait for the user to shoot the gun and as soon as the pressure level raises above a certain threshold it must save the recorded waveforms as well as the timings from the speed sensors, this data is then sent to the mobile app reliably. The mobile app must allow the user to save the waveforms(in such a way that data us visible before and after the trigger), show them to the user with the ability to navigate it, show values calculated from the acquired data + other data that the user can enter in the app.
The mobile app must run at least on Android, the emedded system must work with an stm32l452
