Backup Application for IOS and Android as well as ISO, AWS and GOOGLE Server software

Our company is looking for a Application for IOS and Android that can backup all : Photos, Text Messages, MP3, Videos, Contacts and apps as well as restore them back to NEW devices and even cross platform from android to IOS and from IOS to Android (Less Applications). The app will offer users the ability to store their backup (1 backup allowed) for a FEE that would be changeable at anytime by our company via the APPLE or GOOGLE play store subscription services. Users data is stored without payment on our server for 7 days after that the data if not subscribed will be deleted from the servers. You will also be responsible for creating the back end of the app where the apps will store the backups on a FTP server and the automation of the backup retention and deletion will occur. This must be a turn key project. You will present us with the 100% finished code including the apps and back end server code that will be hosted on a AWS or GOOGLE server but must also be available for install on a PHYSICAL server should we decide to deploy it in that manner. Server side must be in a ZIP format for the AWS or GOOGLE server deployment and also in a ISO format with LINUX OS etc so that all that needs to happen for it to run is to mount the ISO to DVD or PEN DRIVE and deploy with minimal human interaction. The ISO will per-configure the server and will display and ask what drives are to be used for the FTP usage. Will be used on physical servers with anywhere from 2 to 24 drives each or more. You will be responsible for the initial spin up of the 1st AWS or GOOGLE cloud unit as well as the 1st Physical server deployment of the ISO. All facets of the apps and server will be tested and must work 100% before payment of any kind will be made. You agree to support your work for up to 1 YEAR from the date of deployment of the apps and server software and agree to make any needed changes, corrections etc to the apps or server software as requested during that 1 year. You will be on call and must resolve any DOWN/DOWN issue within 2 hours of the crash of the software. For the development of these apps and server software we suggest you sign up for a AWS and GOOGLE cloud accts on the FREE tier. We will test the apps and server software on those 1st then move forward after those platforms are working 100% to the PHYSICAL server platform and ISO development stage. Only once that ISO is tested and working 100% and apps and ftp server and AWS and GOOGLE server software has been tested and transferred to our company will funds be paid for this project. By applying you agree to the terms above and your bid that you are entering in here is LEGALLY binding and you agree to do 100% of the work for that bid. Once you enter the bid that bid again is legally binding and if selected you will be expected to do 100% of the work for that bid. We will not pay MORE than your bid. We suggest you read over the requirements 2x before placing a bid on this project as to not make a mistake when bidding. Again. Read over this description 2x before applying as any bids are a legally binding contract / offer to do the FULL 100% turn key work on this project. There will be NO milestones created that will pay out ANYTHING before all work has been done. DO NOT APPLY OR BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. Furthermore all code after being turned over to our company will be looked over by our security team to insure that no back doors etc are present in the code before payment is to be released. If any of this is found in your apps, code, ISO etc you will VOID any agreement we have with you and subject yourself to LEGAL prosecution and or lawsuits
