BEP20 Token Development & DeFi App

Looking for creation of BEP20 token, with a transaction tax and a holder reward fee, with ability to stake and vote. Alongside this we require a DeFi app which allows tokens to be staked, used to cast votes and with an exchange feature whereby tokens can be exchanged for users BNB/BSC for a specific price (i.e. without having a sell side to provide liquidity for). This is a rough summation of the requirements, but can go into more detail and determine pricing etc over a call / email etc.
