Automatization of reservations models events

We are a model agency. We develop events for brands. We hire models eventually. Brands ask us to scout and contract models in order to employ them in their events. We have a broad models database with pictures and data like height, hair color, etc. Usually, we receive a requirement and then we call models or publish the event in social networks in order to know who is available for the job. We want to develop an app which automate this process. First, companies will access the app and publish their event: Description, date, time, schedule, etc. The event will be publish in the app and the models will be able to see the event and check if they are available or not. Then, the chief of the brand will have the book of models that are available and will choose one.
