The assistant manager manages the scheduling for all sales associates, assists the GM with developing and managing promotions, order merchandise and handles all budgetary aspects of running the business. In addition to the day-to-day tasks, the assistant manager will hire and train sales associates to work on the floor and in the shipping department as well as be adept at organizing and solving problems.
